Tuscan Duck Ragu 180g

A wonderful alternative to the traditional Bolognese meat sauce, this game sauce is all produced to traditional Tuscan recipes and contains over 50% meat. It is slowly cooked for at least 4 hours to produce a rich sauce that just needs heating through before serving.
